Benchmarks and testing programs

What are some of the benchmarks/testing programs that you can use to benchmark/test your overclock? Also looking for a program that can identify memory. I bought some OEM memory from Fry's and the chips appear to have the Mitsubishi logo on them. Also there is a sticker that has a globe on it. Thanks.
