I would like to purchase a benchmarking program but I am unsure of which one to get. For instance 3DMark06 I have heard is mostly for your GPU. I would like to buy a benchmark program that will give me an overall result for my rig. Any suggestions on which is best? My rig is in my sig.

There are too many free ones to ever think about paying for it....

ATTO = test Harddrives
PCmark = whole system
3Dmark = graphics /cpu and memory subsystem
SiSandra = various benchmarks to test everything
Sciencemark = cpu power
Superpi = cpu/memory subsystem
Cinebench 9.5= cpu/ memory/ graphics system

This place about has them all....Many have free versions with pro versions built into them that are activated upon purchase...unless you are professional reviewer you dont need this
