I am still new to the all the details of building and upgrading PCs as I built my first one only a year and a half ago though it is still up and running. However, one of the many tools I have read about, the use of benchmarking, is something I still know pretty much nothing about except concept. Benchmarking would be quite useful to me, as I am sure it is to you, for comparing components and OCing. I know how to look at a spec sheet and compare benchmarking info, but I do not know how to do it myself. I may not be looking in the right places but I have yet to find a program that measures fps or processor speeds during certain calculations or any of the other tests I would like to do. Any help or advise you can offer would be great.
