I've been using Fresh Diagnose, running processor & memory benchmarks, since it's freeware. Wondering what other ppl use for benchmarking their systems. Do you consentrate on mainly running the processor & memory benchmarks or what?

It depends what you are trying to do with the benchmarks. If it's just testing overclocked stability, then Prime95 in combination with Memtest will indicate instability in the CPU and RAM.

CPU + Memory:
Prime95
SuperPi
CPU Stability Test
Memtest86

General System Benchmarking:
Sisoft Sandra

Those are what I would use, plus for stability Prime95, SETI/Folding, and Memtest86
