Benchmarking in RTCW - How? And where to get atdemo?

How do you go about benchmarking in RTCW?

It seems you have to download the demos to use, so does anyone know where I can download the atdemo's that Anand and others use in their reviews?
 
Those demos only work with the WolfTest application and the checkpoint demo (Google it) is what you need. Extract the file to the Wolfenstein\Main\Demos folder and rename the extension to dm_59. Then launch the latest multiplayer version of RTCW (1.33) and type:

timedemo 1
demo checkpoint

When the demo is finished hit ~ to see the results.
