Benchmarking HD's

Hi,

I need to test the sustained write speed of my raid O barracuda sata 80GB NCQ drives.

Ive tried sisoft sandra which indicates 93 MB/s, and winbench indicates a 120 MB/s to 60 MB/s shift (according to area on the platter I assume?).

Are there any other methods recommended.

I will be writing a 42 MB/s video data stream form a cmos camera
