Benchmarking FPS tool/chart like in reviews?

I want a free benchmarking tool to record the FPS over e.g. a 10 minute period to create a chart to demonstrate the FPS I am getting, is there such a thing? (Free)
 
Excellent and thanks, I'll give it a try. I use fraps but I thought you had to pay to benchmark for some odd reason.
