Benchmarking CPUs

I have to benchmark a Duron and an Athlon processor in my system for a school project (that's due ASAP). Can anyone recommend a good benchmarking program for the project?

Thanks. I'm trying to find the programs that are listed there that are relevant to what I need. I clicked on a couple and the links are broken. The Ziff Davis one has been retired and is no longer available. Great.
