Benchmark recommendations

Upgrading a computer and would like to get some before and after benchmarks. I've been out of the loop for a few years now and haven't kept up with whats best. I won't be gaming but will be doing a little video encoding. should I jsut try one of teh PCMark tools or are there better options.

Also, any chance of getting an overclock with this setup using the stock HS/F?
