Im looking for some test programs that are optimized for the AMD64/x86-64 technology, and also in a normal x86-32 version. The reason for that is that im searching for a programs that can show the performance gain in optimizing to AMD64/x86-64. With benchmark programs i also see zipping/encoding/encryption etc as suggestions.
Im searching for programs to Windows and also Linux. I get my hands on a Athlon64 3200+ in a few days, and with that also comes a Windows AMD64 beta. And the Linux dist is SuSE.
