benchmark program needed

i need a program that can benchmark/record system usage (hd i/o, cpu, memory, network bandwidth) on a per system process basis for all processes running for a set time period. any suggestions? thanks.
 
Depends on the target OS. Windows can do a lot of that already. Look in administrative tools performance monitor. You can set up logging there.
