Benching w/ 3dmark05

Whenever i try and bench with my x800 pro and its overclocked, 3dmark05 goes back to the default settings. Anyone know why and how to fix the problem?
 
Make sure you OC'd the 3d settings, not the 2d. If you only oc'd the 2d, it will revert back to normal settings whenever it enters 3d mode.
