Ben Browder was ok in SG-1, but I think the series was in slight decline when he signed on.
I like Joe Flannigan better than him, he kind of reminds me of Harrison Ford (though not as good an actor).

RDA was good because of his nonchalance and quips in SG-1.

Bought the entire 10 seasons on DVD but only up to season 5 so its still RDA, can't comment on Browder since I haven't seen him.
