beloved patriot Boycott?

nope, and it's all quiet here in downtown Houston. Headed to Subway soon, though. We'll see what their staffing looks like since half of it is hispanic.

UNICO 🙁 One of our cafeterias is shut down.

Well, I never eat at work anyway.

If you're employer doesn't fire them, I would suggest hitting them where it hurts and making sure you never eat at work again.

I vote us gringos boycott anything Cinco de Mayo. Any sale or Mexican restaurant.

And give up a reason to get drunk and hook-up with random women?

GTFO.

C an you imagine if we had "Boycott Spics Day"??? The outrage would be massive. I'm certainly not hurt. The thing is they are illegal. What is that people don't understand about the term "illegal?" What ever happened to the concept of sovereign nation and law?

from what i understand, the new laws would make life harder for illegal immigrants. so why are legal immigrants taking part in the boycott also?

Their boycott has already affected me in a big way.
There was so little traffic this morning, I got to the office 30 minutes early!

Now I know how much impact they have on traffic!

The concept of a sovereign nation went down the tubes when the government decided to side with big business over doing what was right.

Cero trafico en el autopista en Los Angeles.

Sweet. I leave for work in about 30 minutes. I think I'll take the freeway today.

10 was empty (I work in Santa Monica). I took the freeway from Palms to Samo (5 miles ) 😛

My wife is full Latin and she hates the fact that others are here illegally. I know LOTS of Latins who feel the same way. The only legal ones who support them are really down-and-out and I think they feel that they might benefit peripherally in whatever help comes to the newly nationalized illegals.....and none of them want open immigration for their home countries which is an argument that shuts thm up real quick.

America is still a place with unlimited possibilities....but you need to work smart as much as you have to work hard to reap any of it. I know plenty of affluent Latins and they all 1) went to college and 2) speak the language.....ironically, just like all the affluent white folks I know.

okay, just got back from Subway. On my way there I saw a Camille's restaurant closed. A couple of workers were there, but not enough to open up, I guess. My Subway usually has two line/two stations going, but only one line was going because only 3 employees showed up, and two of them were hispanic. Other than that, everything's looked normal.

No difference here, just another day. Seems like one of those "Don't buy gas today!" boycotts.

I didn't even get a break on the traffic this morning :|
