I'm thinking about getting bellsouth homenetworking which uses pna 1.0. Basically this is for the 2 computers at the front of the house. I run a test lab in the basement which is all ethernet. I know bellsouth will give you nics and a special modem I would like to know how can I tie this pna network back into the ethernet network.

you use a pna bridge. linksys and netgear sell em. You will have a hard time finding pna equipment as everyone is getting ready to release their hpna 3.0 equipment. I'd stay away from 1.0 as it is FAR inferior to 2.0. Not great backwards compatibility to 1.0 and I'm not sure on this but I believe it is only half duplex.

My fault they are using standard 2.0 I checked on the pna bridges they are expensive. I might as well go with wireless.
