belleville cop shot in face by suspect

In Belleville, IL a cop was shot in the face by a suspect that was being sought for a double murder charge. Belleville is on the Illinois side across the Mississippi River in St. Louis. Belleville is closer to downtown St. Louis than a good chunk of St. Louis city and county.. I can get to Busch Stadium (World Series) in less than 15 minute from Belleville. Belleville's main street drives straight into East St. Louis, and Belleville is bigger in population than EStl. Belleville is also the biggest city closest to Freeburg, IL, where the girl had her neck broke and was left to die in the woods in the park (a Belleville park). Being that St. Louis was just rated the most dangerous city in the USA, Belleville is basically a part of that. There were even St. Louis city cops at the scene... Here yea go:
