OfficeMax has

Combine this with Cendyne 32X CD-RW, add something small to qualify for $25 off $100 coupon.

This is a repost as this weekends OM deals have their own thread which includes this deal and several others.

Please search be for posting to minimize the clutter. (No a free surge protector is not 'hot' enough to deserve its own thread when it has already been included in another thread)

Original thread.

Regarding the Belkin Surgemaster II:

When i went to Office Max to pick up the surge protector, the guy at the register gave me an original copy of the rebate (from a newspaper newsletter); The fine print of the rebate states "You must submit this original rebate form with a copy of your sales receipt and the original UPC label from each package."

So i'm not sure if the link posted above to the scanned version of the rebate form will work. If you want to be 100% sure, you might want to get the original form. I doubt they would reject a rebate because of this, but I prefer not to gamble when it comes to rebates (even if its only $10).

Peter

PS. This is a nice surge protector.

PPS. wjsulliv: the thread you linked has no info about this rebate, so i think it is ok for this thread to exist because it discusses the rebate issue(s)

Brick & mortar..meaning the actual walk-in store itself, not the online site.

I think they mean they don't want a photocopy of a filled out rebate. The link above is to a rebate form on the OfficeMax webpage, so I don't see anyway they could refuse it. Why else would they post it?

Good deal.

I don't need one right now, but you never know...

Jimmyhaha... if you look at the form you'll notice it says copy of receipt is fine...i was raising a stink about it at the register, then noticed the fine print at home...
