Belkin Nostromo n50 - Better than sliced bread?

Anyone else using a Nostromo controller?
Anyone else absolutely amazed at how much better an experience most any given FPS is when using one of these things?

It's a really good controller, BUT the macro software is buggy.

I just picked on up today...and I don't see what all the fuss is about. I'm using it with Counter-Strike and it's kind of hard to play with, but I guess that's normal. I think I'll just have to get used to it first. Like emjem said, the software is still kind of buggy. Say if you want to switch to red shift or blue shift, the menus will always bring me to the Buy Accessories menu.
