BELKIN ADSL ROUTER /BITORNADO PROBLEM

hi guys i have a ADSL Modem with built in 802.11g wireless router f5d7630-4a model made by BELKIN am also using bittornado does anybody know what the right ports are to open on the router in order toget the green light on showing on downloads at teh mo i only get yellow light and max d/l rates of 10kbs anyhelp would be very much appreciated
