Never received my order confirmation for my Belkin wireless card. Called customer support and they said that the item is no longer available (even though it showed in stock when I purchased it). They can't do anything for me. Anyone successful in getting theirs?

After several! calls to dell customer support this what they tell me.


The wireless router and pic nics that I ordered were to ship by the 14th. Apparently they are back orders on the NICs and so my whole order was delayed. While they couldn't tell me at first, I was finally told that they are back ordered on the pci nics, but the router was in stock. They agreed to split my order, and in theory my router should be in the mail tomorrow.


They have yet to tell me they will not be filling my order.

I did recieve a confirmation email about 2 hours after my acknowledgement.

Got my WAP and wireless NIC today.
They work quite nicely, but my apartment is not very big so range is not yet an issue.
Wait til I get back to work after the holidays and see how it works with our wireless network at work.
