welp, after almost 2 years, me and my ex's relationship is over. this whole long distance relationship (me in southern cali and her in northern cali) is tricky business. i originally thought we'd be able to handle it, but seriously it's tough work. anyway, it's a relief but im also sad it had to end (arent we all?) we're still gonna keep in touch and talk a lot... ive grown fond of her mom and her sisters and my parents love her (but they dont know about the breakup yet)

anyway, i just got back from the airport to take her home and it'll be the last time i see her for a few months =/ she stayed at my house for 2 weeks of her winter break ... anywho, im sure u dont wanna hear it but its always nice to post 😛

the thing that sucks is that ive distanced myself from some of my close friends a little bit because they were shady to me... so it's tough to hang out iwth people but hopefully ill get back on the ball sometime soon. im gettin on the guest list at a local band's (Home Grown) headlining show in Pomona (glasshouse) so that's gonna be fun.

so in short, it's a good thing that we ended... it's sort of a relief but at the same time i wish it didnt end this way. it's been a while since ive been single.. it's just.. weird >_<

really? mm i went there a few months ago for a hot water music/thrice show and there werent any problems... except for this black guy that was tryin to mack on some 14 year old. that guy reeked of weed and he was a good distance away from me. 🙂

Yeah, I was talking to some friends at school (CPP) and they were saying even the punk shows were getting pretty rough. I dunno, I spend more time up on Sunset myself. I only goto Pomona for school and not much else.

last summer my ex came down for a month... anyway there was an inside joke thing where she likes this really cheesy chinese boy band thing and my friends woudlnt step inside my house with that vcd in the area.. it was pretty funny at first because i said i wouldnt stay here either.. anyway the whole time i thought it was a joke to him but it wasnt i guess.. i dunno it's really stupid... so anyway they didnt hang out at my house the whole time (and my house is usually the chill area).. and me and my gf had a lot of stuff planned that month so we didnt hang out with them too much, but we did when we could (which was about 3 times)... anyway one day i was online and he was online and his friend and cousin were at his house. i was makin fun of my other friend and the cousin (cuz they dont like him) and then he got horribly offended, even though i didnt mkae the joke about him and the other friend knew i was kidding.

anyway to make a long story short, he didnt like my ex cuz he thought she was taking me from them... he didnt understand that i never saw my ex and a month isnt a lot of time for us...anyway my other friends are closer to him then they are to me so it was pretty much a chain effect (though we still talk and hang out a few days every 2 months or so).

it's really stupid, i thought being out of high school would rid me of this drama stuff 😛

another cool thing i forgot to mention that my friend/bandmate is moving in my town tomorrow so ill be kicking it in his apartment... and he's got some good lookin friends.. woo woo
