being sick and a weird light headedness that acompanies being sick...

i was recently sick with the regular cold. cough, stuffed nose, etc etc. but what is weird is the past two times ive been sick like this a light headedness feeling has accompanied it. i am no longer sick but on occassion i can still feel that light headedness. does anyone here know what i am talking about? it is like not a dizzy feeling where everything is moving, but rather just a really fast light headed moment and then its ok again.

Anyway, you are still somewhat "sick" even after the symptoms go away, or feel that they do.

I get that sometimes when I stand up due to lower blood pressure. You might check it to rule that out.

also, are your sinuses completely clear. that can also produce a feeling like what you're describing. maybe they are still congested?
