Being Polish, this really ticks me off.....

I hate it when I go to the store or see people's recipies for kielbasa, and their idea of kielbasa is basically smoked sausage with garlic added. THIS IS NOT KIELBASA PEOPLE!!!! Real kielbasa is made of coarsely ground pork (so it's gray, not red) , and has a lot of pepper and garlic. The casing is thinner than smoked sausage, so it's a lot more tender, and it's OOOOOHHHHH so good

So, please remember: that red crap is called Polish sausage, not kielbasa.

Anyone know of any other ethnic foods that people screw up all the time?

Meixcan food is jacked with all the time. Have some real Mexican food sometime and you'll never eat that El Chico's, Don Pablo's, etc... crap again. Don't even get me started on fast food Mexican. Bleh!

Non steakhouse restaurants that serve steak usually give me a good laugh. What they actually try to pass of as a steak is pretty pathetic.
