Did I mention I ride 20 miles on my bike and work out 11 1/2 hours a week?

But you can still have high cholesterol. I run 70 miles a week, but if all I ate was McDonald's and Taco Bell, I wouldn't be healthy. Eating right is one of the most important aspects of being healthy.

thanks :) I run the 5k and 10k in track, emphasis on the 5k. 8k in xc. in the off-season, I run a lot of road races, some 5ks, 5-milers, and a half-marathon and 15k. I love running, and the longer, the better. I'm just annoyed right now because I'm injured and have to bike instead of run. Luckily, it's not a stress fracture like I had thought, so I should only be out for a few weeks, but still... It's rough.
