Not sure......I like to buy new things and especially phones...... I bought it from another guy online for $180 and when he shipped it he never sent the manuel or charger. I PM'd him and he said that he put it in the box.....so either he's lying or the postal service somehow broke it open and the stuff became seperated from the phone.??? It is new and he said it was ready for use if you have a plan. Well, I was going to change my service soon but not soon enough...unless a pay a fortune to break my contract with Sprint. So I know I'm not going to get what I paid for since I have no manuel or charger but those can be found.....online manuel and $10 charger online.

Not too long ago you tried to sell this to me for $150, then changed the price, and you claimed you were buying a charger to sell with it. This all will be posted on Anandtech, sent all my former PMs to the moderator, and we will also be posting on Hardforum.

You add the shipping bud and you got what I payed......and you didn't want it for the price I asked and I told you what I didn't have....right now I just want to sell it and if I was offered a higher price and can get a higher price then fine. So I guess I'm not sure what you're talking about trolling. Why would I waste money for a charger when I'm not going to use it ......and if someone else wnats the phone then I could direct them or they can find a charger themselves. Basically I think you're just upset that I didn't sell it to you for $140......and I told you I was offered more during the time we talked at which you didn't sound interested if it didn't have the charger or manuel so I moved on. So what did I do wrong? I've never had an issue before and don't see one now.

You said you had a ton of buyers when I tried to buy on Hardforum, and I was going to buy it but you went ahead and upped the price from $150 to like $175....it all sounds fishy to me that you would up the price, saying you had a ton of buyers, but now you selling back at $150.

So I took your answer as no and had other offers. So I will follow up with who say " I interested even though it doesn't have manuel and charger". So if someone offered more because they know what a nice phone it was and also I have done business with him before. But I have people backing out on deals left and right.....either they find a better deal or they don't have the money now.........I get that a lot......and if someone can find a better deal, then I am for it.
So now the price of the phone is what it has always been posted.....I was just offered more. I can buy a charger but again.....I have no use for it so the buyer would basically buy the charger from me........
Sorry if things didn't work out the first time around.....I'm not here to screw people....but am here to make some money or help others out.

I'm sorry for this but this guy wants to pursue this I guess.....and I really don't know what he is going to go after. I think he is just upset for passing on a great phone for a good price and now wants it. Any advice or comments on what took place. As you can see I haven't been rude...only truthful. I don't know why I'm wasting my time dealing with this issue when I never actually dealt with the guy.
