Beijing 2008 Olympics Question

I remember a few months ago I was watching a special about the stadiums being built for the 2008 olympics. There was one stadium that I saw, but forgot what it was called and can't find it anywhre on the internet. It was not the national stadium, but it was a normal arena with a huge LCD screen on the outside of the stadium. Does anybody remember or know what stadium this is. I forgot how big the television screen was supposed to be, but I remember it being on the outside of the arena and it was planned to show what was going on inside of that arena. Thanks
