WTF????

I know! IS that just some stupid hippie joke, or something?

This guy lives at some low income city housing here in Madison. He's the real deal there are insane amounts of material on the site - the index page that's 4583064206243 pages long is just the beginning.

And in fact, John Dvorak mentioned his site in a PC Magazine article about 3 months ago:

Typically, a true wack-job Web site is done by some compulsive character who simply has too much to say. None of it is coherent and it's seldom divided into sections?it's just one horribly long Web page. A great example of this sort of "design" comes from Richard Tolley (if that is indeed his real name). I think you hit the center of the earth before you come to the bottom of this page. It just keeps loading this guy's rant, or whatever you want to call it. There seems to be a lot of anti-George Bush invective, and I suspect this fellow is a Democrat. You'll note the use of a red mottled background to make the text as unreadable as possible. This guy has to be putting us all on, right? As wacky as the site is, I have a hard time believing it's serious. You tell me. Oh, and note, he claims to be a direct descendent of Jesus, too. (Insert Outer Limits theme song here).

Mr. Tolley wasn't too happy!
