They earn around $10 hourly to start and the average stay on the job for two years.

hand sorting those things has gotta be painful!

I think the biggest problem would be having a machine that could check the disks for scratches, cracks, etc.
 
That reminds me an informercial. It showed all these people getting ready for your calls selling some instructional cd.
