Behind closed doors, Republican lawmakers fret about how to repeal Obamacare

Neither side has done shit to control Healthcare costs. But if you repeal and don't properly replace they sure as hell will own the negative consequences that will happen. And anyone who thinks costs will go down are kidding themselves.
