I'm trying to eek out the last bit of performance from my TBird 1100 now running at 1314. I can get into windows at 1350 right now, but run into the "beginning physical memory dump" error when inside for a few minutes. My question is, how can I avoid this error? My CPU temp stays below 55C teh whole time, so my guess is that it is probably the memory. Will turning down the memory settings make any difference in stability?

What heatsink are you using for that guy?

The problem may be that your core temp is in the 65C range, depending on heatsink/ambient case temp.

Marty,
I have the same cpu.
You have reached the limit that your L2 cache can operate at reliably.
The only way you are going to get cpu any higher is to super cool it and increase the voltage past 1.85 volts.
Since AMD had the foresight to limit the voltage to 1.85V for it's specs on motherboards, I don't believe you will get that cpu any higher, stable.
