beginning of the end: first friend just got engaged

at the tender age of 23 (both her and i). though the wedding isn't scheduled until sept 2004, it's definitely official (ie, he put a ring on her finger). how old were you when your first friend got married?

It usually goes in spurts. The summer before I got married, my wife and I went to something like 17 weddings. Pretty much one every weekend. Now this year we've gone to like 2. heh.

Last I heard my first friend was in trouble with the law. So I have no idea.

My wife was 22 when we got married. I was 25.

I was 20, but she was mormon, so I don't really count it.

The ones I count start now, I'm 25.
One of my close friends from HS and College got married 5 weeks ago, he was really the first. Another friend gets married next week, and my roommate from college is engaged to get married next july.
