Beginning a quest to build a computer!

Hello smart people. If the question wasn't all that clear enough for you to comprehend (please do not take this in the wrong way, I have a nature of being a person who is horrible at grammar. Also I have difficulties putting words together to make a question understandable.), I would like to know what part is what, where do the wires go, etc. (I, maybe, am leaving out something. Add it with your reply please if you could be so kind). If there are websites that tell me what I seek, add them to your reply but I would prefer you tell to me yourself. I do seriously apologize if this is to big of a topic to answer, I could break it down into many questions.

I have this feeling that this question or topic is asked way to frequently in this forum, if thats so. I apologize.
