(beginner) water cooling system question

yep, that's just about what i paid for mine...

You can easily spend $300+ on a well done sysetm.
Take a look at some of the Danger Den kits.
You can modify them to get what you want.
Not cheap stuff, but I prefer DD over any other brand.
