Beginner sites for programming If Then Else and Do While?

Taking the "Programming Logic" class at a local community college as a prereq for something else.

We're using QBASIC and covering very basic stuff.

If Then Else is a little hazy to me right now. Anyone know of any good web sites that cover in detail with good examples of If Then Else and Do While statements and such?
