BEFW11S4 vs SMC7004VWBR vs MR314

I am looking at setting up a wireless network at home and since a novice, trying to find out which one of these routers is best for the price. Security is the main issue. Reliability/Price comes in a close second. I am not too concerned about paying a little extra if it warrants it but do not want to pay extra just for a name. If there are others out there I should be looking at, let me know as these 3 are the ones that are either on sale currently or seem to be talked about, i.e. BEFW11S4. Thanks.
