Befw11s4 slows down after time

I have a Linksys Befw11s4 and after 30 mins the speed slows down. When i turn it off and back on the speed is fast but it degrades. Can anyone help me?
 
what version is it? I have is version 4 and latest firmware might fix the problem.
Look at Linksys website for latest firmware.
