I'm running a 300W Q Technology PSU, 1x256 Samsung PC2700, XP2000

wow you really took a lot of time taking pictures of your motherboard heh
did you try reading the manual ?
usually the newer asus boards have a jumperless mode if your really worried try that and it will detect everything for you
try looking into that
i recommend atleast browsing through the manual if not reading it from cover to cover it's worth it
especially for bios features
