They had a hard disk meltdown a few days ago in one of their servers (where my site was hosted) and my data was wiped out

So I requested a ticket and had a response in 15 mins at this hour :Q Well here's a recommendation to a cheap webhost with awesome support :beer:

Did you ever end up getting back your data at all? This is a good situation where Raid 1 may have helped!

I love DA's backup it's definitely superior to cPanel.

Woooo I think I got most of my data back.. haven't found anything missing yet! Well that's probably because I haven't added any stuff for a while 😛

They just upgraded my account for free too :Q
