So I just hit the liquor store and came back with 11.2oz of Chimay Ale ($3.39). Everyone raves about how good it is. Perhaps I'm just biased now as a large fan of stouts but I don't think I really care for it. Its a unique flavor and very smooth but I can't help but be reminded of raw bread dough. Does the layer of yeast in the bottom of the bottle just make me think this or do others think its a little odd too?
