depends on the situation. if i want to remain coherent then beer. liquor is for getting drunk, which i don't do too often.

Since I'm driving home from bars more and more often, beer, since I dont drink more drinks than hours I am at the bar, and you dont drink most shots for the taste (at least, not for $3 you dont). So I vote beer.

When I want to get drunk, shots. Anything from Everclear on down.

i can drink beer all night long, but the second i start mixing liquor, i'm done! Me and some buddies went up to see my good friend at school and we were at the bar. We had done a good dozen jaeger bombs, after some predrinking too, and it was getting close to last call. I started dancing with her, then we stopped and i started babbling. Next thing i know, i turn my head to the left and throw up all over the bar...it was great!!! We left shortly after that, and when i woke up the next morning around 11am, i was still drunk. Best feeling ever!!!

Tonight, it'd been Gin & Tonics all the way. I rarely drink to get drunk, so I generally choose liquor, since beer messes with my blood sugars.

can't stand beer. if I just want to get a buzz on or am at a restaurant, I'll go for white wine.

if I'm at a bar or trying to get drunk, it's liquor all the way (anything with gin or vodka in it)

depends on what I'm doing. If its a BBQ or goin out for a drink or two after work, or at a restauraunt ... than beer.

I'm i'm going out drinking, and I don't have to drive for a good 6+ hours after drinking ... then I'll stick to mixed drinks, maybe an ocassional glass of rum or whiskey on the rocks.
