I think Trump is going to keep the train rolling and run again in 2024.
He loves the attention too much to leave. Plus his businesses would collapse without lobbyists and foreign governments funneling money into them. If he's no longer a prospective presidential candidate, they would have no reason to continue to do so. And Republican base is his for the taking, so why not take it?
