Beer dispensing solutions for kegs?

Are there any options besides a the ghetto hand pump or a full blown kegerator?

I remember I was at a party, where they had some sort of co2 setup, and then flowed the beer through a cooler filled with ice...

Anybody? Links/comments would be great 😉

I'm pretty sure it's just a regular CO2 tapping system but you run the line through something cold to try to cool the beer as it runs through. I've never use such a setup but I imagine having a long line that coils around and around inside the cooler probably works the best.
