I rarely shop at Target. But, I needed to go there to get some items for someone else who clearly asked for specific items from Target.
While there I passed by the beer section. I noticed that they had Hoegaarden, which kind of surprised me since I was at Target. Low and behold, they had Hoegaarden on CLEARANCE. $6.XX for a six pack. So, I grabbed the only 2 six packs they had.
I decided to pass by the Target near where I work and found that they had a six pack of Grolsch for $5.XX and a six pack of Guinness Draught for $6.XX each. They only had one six of each, so I grabbed them both.
Since I had 2 different experiences at 2 different stores, I'll say YMMV.

Edit: FWIW: I did see that Target also had some Smirnoff Ice on clearance as well. I had no interest in it, so I didn't look at the price.
