Created this beer advent calendar last year. Didn't finish in time for last December but this year it is full of beers! it's gonna be a foggy December. :)

404: No refrigeration found...

Mine would have a fifth of liquor in the 24th, 25th and 31st slots :p

I keep my house at ~56F in the winter. Coincidentally(or not), that's the perfect temperature for beer. Summer I use the fridge, and the beer's too cold. I wish it were always winter.

edit:
btw, nice project. Looks like a fun way to store/consume a bunch of interesting beers you might not want to buy a bunch of untasted.

It's all about what type of beer it is.

I tend to drink lighter beers when it's hot out, at least when outside, and lagers and whatnot are better when chilled.

But anything of good quality - I definitely like to let sit out for a little, but they are still a tad cold. They get to perfect temperature while I'm drinking them though, sipping slowly until it just seems perfect... but then, I need another right away. :(

Hahaha oh boy it's funny you should mention this. I was at Costco the other day and they had this exact same thing there for sale. Something like 24 different beers from Germany to have as an advent calendar.

Then I looked up and saw the price tag.... $55 for ~20 beers. Over $2 each. I laughed and walked away, cute idea though. I'd rather make my own. Though mine would probably be even more expensive with $10 Belgian bottles.

edit: Quick google and I found pics of what they had at Costco:
