I recall that I had an award bios, and now I can't get my ak31 rev 3.1 to boot... i think what I hear is one long and 2 short beeps. Looking for a solution, it says there was a video error. I have tried 2 different video cards, both of which I know were working last week, and same beeps.... does this mean the motherboard's AGP slot is dead or what not?

Should I just buy a kt333 now?
 
You could certainly buy a KT333 board now or you could try to figure this one out. As to your beep errors, a hint could be found on this page. It could be the seating of the RAM. Give it a shot. I know you said it was probably just two beeps, but try to tackle all scenarios when possible.
