Been Running my Duron 800 at 1 gig 24/7 for a week

with no problems!

Mid week I trtansferred everything into my new Antec SX830 case and upgraded my cooler from an Alpha 6035 to and Alpha PEP66 and used Arctic Silver.

Abit kt7 raid @ 1.74 volts
Cpu Temps range from 102 to 111F

Sure glad I did not buy the 1 gig Athlon ! This O/c'd Duron gives me all the performance I need right now !

So easy to OC- jes use the rear window defogger trick.

You should consider yourselves lucky. My Duron 800MHz barely did 950MHz stable. It'd run for about six hours, then I'd start getting problems. I've got my 600MHz running at 1.035GHz, though, and I usually have it running for about four days before I decide to reset.
