First, the good news; Rob Martinson, the purveyor of this POS software, has just been sued by a North Dakota attorney under their RICO Act. I find this deeply satisfying. Details and text of suit here.

Now for the rest of the good news I contacted a local news station about this jerkoff since he happens to operate out of north Atlanta and just registered a new business despite the fact he is under investigation by the FTC for his other "businesses" marketing the same crappy software under similar names.

I received the following reply:

Thank you for your message about the spyware problem. We're looking for some local "victims" for a possible story on this issue.

So, if any of you in the area have had problems with this festering maggot's spyware, please contact Ms Leslie at this email addy. Hopefully we can muster up sufficient response so they'll haul out the "Investigative Reporter SWAT Team" and go harass this guy at his "office".
