Been having problems with Explorer.exe crashing!

Well, after i let my computer chill by itself for awhile, i get crashes with Explorer.exe, its not a hardware problem, at least i think. Anyway i get this thing called "Proxy Desktop" that asks me if it's ok to kill when i shutdown, it's related to Explorer.exe crashes. Im just wondering what i can do to find out the cause of all this. Sometimes i get random freezing up, then it comes back for 1min, freezes for 30sec etc. Its from eplor.exe crashing.

In the past, i've had blue screens on boot up within 3minutes, then i always have to reboot, i never did find the problem and just lived with it since it would be stable for a month+ after i rebooted twice (makes no sense i know) The error i get is always IRL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL or something similar.

Anyway ANY information you can shed would be useful, thanks!

Seems to be a problem with Explorer windows opening up in a seperate process. See this.

As for your BSOD problem, the error your getting is usually caused by a bad driver.
