Hey guys, recently I have been feeling different. I have tried to research this on the web but haven?t found any answers. Well, here?s the problem its kind of hard to explain, I feel like a slight delay in my head. I?m not sure what the cause is, I thought originally it might be from oversleeping and it was me feeling groggy or something but now its be over a week and I still have this problem. Anyone know what this is?

Have you been outside or done anything strenous? I know if I do not move around, I get groggy.

I bike for 30 min and weight train often but indoors. I haven't really been doing outdoor activities, could it be a lack of vitamin D from the sun or something?

sun->vit D. Just man up and put your mind to whatever you are doing, and you will forget about feeling groggy. Either that or you actually do have a TOOMAH!
