Been away: Mobo advise for P4 or AMD

Not looking for an OC dream, just a decent ATX mobo for a P4 / AMD. Hopefully something that has 266fsb (I think that's mid road ) and if I stuck in a 1.6gig CPU that I wont have to upgrade the mobo next year because the mobo is maxed out in the CPU department.

Any suggestions guys??
I've used and abused this o/c 700Thunderbird (1ghz)/512mb system for sometime, its time for something new!

One suggestion, wait till granite bay comes out for p4 and you wont be sry.....

ECS from newegg with an XP1600 will be simple enough and not cost and arm and a leg

Granite bay is the new Intel chipset with dual ddram and serial ata support, out in about 1 month.
